NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
OVERVIEW: The MyFBM Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") comprises a series of separate drawings at different times during (and at the conclusion of) the Sweepstakes Period (defined below). Each drawing is separate and will be from among all the eligible entries received as of the applicable entry deadline for that drawing as specified in these Official Rules (“Rules”). These Rules apply to each separate drawing. By entering, you agree to be bound by these Rules. The Sweepstakes also is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
ELIGIBILITY: The MyFBM Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to holders of a MyFBM account (free to create) who are either individuals (in which case they must be 21 years of age or older and a legal resident of the 50 United States or D.C.) or business entities (in which case they must be legally formed and located in the 50 United States or D.C.), engaged in the building and/or construction industry (general contractors, drywall contractors, etc.). Employees, officers, or directors of Foundation Building Materials, LLC (“Sponsor”), or any of its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, or any advertising or promotion agencies involved in this Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), as well as the immediate family and household members of each such person, are not eligible to participate.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on May 1, 2024, at 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”), and ends on April 30, 2025, at 11:59:59 p.m. PT (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
HOW TO ENTER: If you do not yet have an account in Sponsor’s MyFBM online purchasing platform (“MyFBM”), visit www.myfbm.com/login or download the “MyFBM” app and create an account, which is free to do. During the Sweepstakes Period, you can then enter in either of the following two ways.
1. Automatically with Purchase via MyFBM. For each order placed of $100 or more during the Sweepstakes Period via your MyFBM account, you are entitled to one (1) entry, unlimited entries per day (all “days” measured by PT). If all products are returned from a qualifying order, the corresponding entry for that purchase is subject to cancellation. Similarly, as of May 3, 2024, if products are returned that reduce the order total below $100, the corresponding entry for that purchase is subject to cancellation.
2. Postal Entry Without Purchase. Eligible individuals and companies also may enter by hand-printing their full name, postal address, email address (must match the email address associated with the valid MyFBM account for the person/entity), daytime phone number, and, if applicable, company name, address and phone number, on a piece of paper, and mailing it an envelope with first-class postage affixed to MyFBM Sweepstakes Entry, c/o Foundation Building Materials, 2520 Red Hill Avenue, Santa Ana, CA 92705. Each postal submission must be mailed separately in its own outer mailing envelope, postmarked by April 30, 2025, and received by May 10, 2025. Lost, late, stolen, misdirected, postage-due, incomplete, or garbled submissions are void. No photocopied or other mechanically or electronically produced postal submissions will be accepted. Proof of mailing is not proof of receipt. Postal submissions will not be acknowledged or returned.
Unlimited entries per eligible person/entity per day, regardless of method of entry. Each qualifying order is eligible for one (1) entry. Entries are for the individual or entity holding the authorized MyFBM account associated with the entry. For avoidance of doubt, where a business entity/company holds the account, each entry belongs to the business entity, which must meet all eligibility requirements and to which any resulting prize will be awarded rather than to an individual person at the business entity. No sharing of accounts or email addresses allowed. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the MyFBM account associated with the entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person to whom an email address is assigned by an ISP, company, or other issuer of email addresses.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: Each drawing will be held at random from among all eligible entries submitted as of 11:59:59 p.m. PT on the final day of the entry period for the applicable drawing (in the case of a postal submission the entry must be postmarked by such date and received by 11:59:59 p.m. PT the day before the scheduled drawing date), all per the chart below. Each potential winner will be notified promptly after the relevant drawing using contact information in the MyFBM account associated with the entry. Each potential winner must respond to the initial notification within 72 hours, or the prize may be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Failure to comply when requested may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. If a potential winner is found to be ineligible, or has not complied with these Official Rules, or declines a prize for any reason prior to award, such potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. Limit one (1) Grand Prize, and one (1) subsidiary prize (i.e., a prize in any of the preliminary drawings prior to the Grand Prize drawing) per eligible person. In other words, while entries generally remain eligible for all drawings that occur after receipt of the entry, after a person wins in any preliminary drawing, they cannot win again until the Grand Prize drawing, and they can only win one (1) time in the Grand Prize drawing.

Judges’ decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Each winner may be required to execute a Declaration of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and a Publicity Release (where legal) (“Prize Claim Documents”). If a potential winner fails to comply with Sponsor’s requests for Prize Claim Documents, is found to be ineligible, or cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, he/she may be disqualified, and prize may be awarded to an alternate winner.
PRIZES/ODDS: In addition to the prizes for the preliminary drawings listed in the chart above, Two (2) Grand Prizes are available, one (1) each in a separate drawing from among entries associated with a physical address east of the Mississippi River, the other for addresses west of the Mississippi River (address is determined by the physical address in the MyFBM account associated with the entry). Each Grand Prize is a new 2024 or 2025 Ford F150® pickup truck (“Vehicle”). Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $65,000. Ford is not a sponsor of or associated in any way with this Sweepstakes. Vehicle will be delivered via a dealership in the winner’s area, as determined by Sponsor. Vehicle color and options will be determined by Sponsor. Any picture of the Vehicle in advertising is for illustration only and may not be identical to the prize Vehicle. Vehicle is awarded with the standard warranty provided by the Vehicle’s manufacturer only. Each winner is solely responsible for possessing any necessary license, insurance, or other documents to operate the vehicle, and for any fees or expenses in connection with acceptance or operation of the Vehicle not expressly described herein as being awarded, including, without limitation, title, license, insurance and registration fees.
Winner of any prize will be responsible for any and all federal, state and/or local taxes resulting from acceptance of the prize and all expenses not expressly listed above and cannot assign or transfer the prize to another person. Winner may be required to complete and submit an IRS Form W-9, and will be issued an IRS Form 1099 for the value of the prize if in excess of $600. No prize substitution is allowed. If the prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond the control of Sponsor, a substitute prize of equal or greater retail value may be awarded.
General Prize Conditions: Sponsor may conduct a background check to confirm eligibility and compliance with these rules, including but not limited to verification of employment and bona fide involvement in the construction industry. By entering, you agree to cooperate reasonably with any such background check. Failure to cooperate may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. If a potential winner (1) has engaged in or does engage in any conduct that could damage the reputation or business of Sponsor, or (2) fails to pay for any products ordered from Sponsor, as determined by Sponsor in its discretion, the potential winner may be disqualified, and the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner. Each potential winner who is an individual also must comply with their employer’s policy, if any, on acceptance of a prize in this Sweepstakes. In the case of a business entity/company holding the MyFBM account associated with any entry, any prize is awarded to that business entity/company, not any specific individual at such company.
Odds: The odds of winning in any drawing depend on the number of eligible entries as of the applicable cut-off date for such drawing. In the case of the two separate, geographic-based Grand Prize drawings, the odds further depend on the number of eligible entries receives from each geographic region.
ADDITIONAL RULES: Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void. No responsibility is assumed for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, garbled, incomplete, or illegible entries, all of which are void; (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, mobile device, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems; or (iii) any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's mobile device or computer related to or resulting from participating in any drawing.
By participating, you (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right to: (i) permanently disqualify from any drawing it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules; and (ii) suspend, modify, or terminate any drawing if Sponsor believes, in its sole discretion, that malfunction, error, disruption, or damage is impairing or will impair the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of any drawing. In addition, if for any reason the Sweepstakes, or any part thereof, cannot run as planned, including tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, or any part thereof, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who is responsible for or who tampers with the any Sweepstakes process, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, and, to the extent possible, to select the winners for any affected drawing(s) from among all eligible entries received prior to the termination or modification.
Only the type and quantity of prizes described in these Official Rules will be awarded. If, for any reason, more bona fide winners come forward seeking to claim prizes in excess of the number of each type of prize set forth in these Official Rules, the winners, or remaining winners, as the case may be, of the advertised number of prizes available in the prize category in question may be selected in a random drawing from among all persons making purportedly valid claims for such prize(s). Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy in such circumstances.
Except where prohibited, acceptance receipt or use of any prize constitutes the winner’s consent for use of his/her name, likeness, voice, opinions, statements, biographical information, and/or hometown and state for promotional or advertising purposes in any media, worldwide, now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further review, notification, payment, or consideration (unless prohibited by law).
RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By participating, you release Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, directors, agents, advertising agencies, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Sweepstakes from any and against any and all injury, loss or damage caused or claimed to be caused by your participation in the Sweepstakes and/or the acceptance, awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of the prize, and you agree that these entities are not responsible for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relating to the promotion and/or the awarding of any prize except as expressly provided in these Official Rules. By participating, you agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (b) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorney’s fees; (c) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses; and (d) these Rules and all disputes shall be governed by the internal laws of the state of California, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws, any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts in the state of California, and you expressly consent to the jurisdiction of said courts and waive any objection thereto. For New Jersey residents: Nothing herein prohibits recovery of damages or attorneys’ fees where required by statute.

WINNER LIST: For the name of the winner of any drawing(s), available approximately two weeks after the end of the scheduled date for the applicable drawing, send an email to myfbmsweeps@fbmsales.com with MyFBM Sweepstakes in the subject line. Be sure to specify which drawing(s) (including the prize and drawing date) you are asking about. All such requests must be received by June 30, 2025.
